Whilst food shopping I noticed the smoked salmon was half price, Oooh Good, me thinks.

So this morning, quite nearly this afternoon I prepared a very nice brunch to see us through the afternoons tidying, digging and planting of seed up at the allotment.

Some smoked salmon, accompanied by a couple of poached eggs so generously provided by our hens, asparagus, a dollop of low fat guacamole, which I thought might be more interesting than mayonnaise and stops hubby shoveling the mayonnaise out of the jar onto his plate and a gluten free pitta bread, which although they are pretty dire, is the best of the gluten free range.
